Seed Growing Internship
Start Date: April 1
We are now accepting applications for a Seed Growing Agricultural Internship at Linnaea Farm.
This internship offers a hands-on, immersive learning experience rooted in real farm work, real responsibility, and consistent mentorship. Learning unfolds through daily engagement with the land over a full growing season, with a strong emphasis on seed stewardship and field-scale production.
This is experiential learning in its truest form. If you are seeking a season that will challenge you, ground you, and leave you with genuine competence, this internship offers that opportunity.

Linnaea Farm Internships
Our Farm internships offer an immersive, hands-on experience rooted in real-world farming, community living, and land stewardship. Participants learn by doing—working directly with soil, livestock, and food systems while developing practical skills that last a lifetime. Our internships focus on ethical animal care, growing and eating food straight from the garden, and understanding how farms function as interconnected ecosystems. Beyond the physical work, interns gain insight into community-based systems, shared responsibility, and the covenants that bind people to land, labour, and one another. This is an opportunity to slow down, show up, and learn what it truly means to live and work in relationship with the land.
