Service Description

For anyone who wants to get the basics of making fresh pasta at home. We will go over the foundations of a simple noodle, stuffed ravioli and a simple compound butter to accompany your pasta. Participants will take home a nest of linguine , pappardelle and a garden inspired stuffed ravioli, with a flavourful butter to finish. Sunday, May 5th 10AM -12PM Break -Bring your own lunch (there will be some snacks provided) 1PM -3PM
