Service Description
For the plant curious and the culinarily passionate, we will go over a few plants that are commonly found in the kitchen garden or pantry and explore the deep lore, healing properties and fortifying qualities. This class will focus on Alliums (garlic, onions, shallots) , woody aromatic herbs- Rosemary, thyme, sage and oregano, Honey and Apple cider vinegar. We will focus on tonic remedies and food grade daily life supports for overall well-being. Leave with an info package and jars full with tonics including infused honey &tea blends Sunday, April 14th 10AM -12PM Break -Bring your own lunch (thee will be some snacks provided) 1PM -3PM
