Each week, besides regular work time, we have classroom theory sessions based on weekly readings and hands-on lessons in particular aspects of gardening.

There is a weekly Permaculture design class. Over the eight months, this course covers the curriculum for Permaculture design established by the Permaculture Institute.

Additional units offered during the programme cover such topics as herb use and culture, native plants, wildcrafting, woodworking, blacksmithing, seed saving, and practical Permaculture.
